At the Directors’ meeting on November 26, 2003, payment of two dividends was approved. An interim ordinary dividend of 30 cents per stock unit and a second special dividend by way of capital distribution of 20 cents per stock unit.
These dividends will be paid to shareholders on record as at December 12, 2003. Dividend warrants will be mailed on December 30, 2003.
