Under Article 80 (1) (c) of the Articles of Incorporation, Rev. Denzil Barnes was co-opted a Director to serve on the Board of Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Limited as as January 28, 2008. This co-option is for a period of one (1) year.
Mr. L. L. (Laurie) Ventour was appointed a member of the Audit Committee and Rev. Denzil Barnes was retained as Chairman. The Audit Committee now comprises:
