Jamaica Livestock Association (JLA) – Dividend Declared

A dividend payment of 3 1/2 % (3.5 cents) on the cumulative participating preference shares outstanding will be paid to shareholders as of record date February 22, 2005. The Payment date is March 15, 2005.
