Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (JBG) – Delay in Publishing Annual Report

The management of JBG, wishes to advise that the Annual Report of the Company for the year 2022 will be submitted after the due date of August 28, 2022. The ongoing Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic has delayed JBG’s ability to complete the Annual Report. Notwithstanding the delays,  JBG anticipates that it will be in a position to submit its Annual Report to the JSE by Friday, September 16, 2022.
