Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (JBG) has advised that at a Board Meeting held on March 27, 2019, an interim dividend was declared.
The dividend will be Twenty Cents ($0.20) per share unit and that based on the 1,199, 275,381 issued units of the Company, the total amount of the proposed dividend will be $227,862,322.39.
JBG further advised that it was proposed that the record date be Wednesday, April 10, 2019 and that the payment date be Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
The ex-dividend date is April 9, 2019.
