The annual general meeting of the company will be held at the Jamaica Conference Centre, 14-20 Port Royal Street on December 5, 1998 at 10 a.m. The meeting will consider the undermentioned special business and if thought fit pass the following resolution:
That the authorised share capital of the company be increased from $285 million to $325 million by the creation of 80 million new ordinary shares of 50 cents each and for a one for seven bonus issue with record date being December 21, 1998.
