Jamaica Broilers Ltd.(JBG)- Final Dividend

At a Board meeting on July 24, 2002 it was proposed that a final dividend for the year ended April 2002 be declared. It is not known at this time what this amount will be and shareholders will be advised accordingly. A bonus issue of shares, likely to be one for every five shares held. This is to be considered by shareholders at the next annual general meeting.
