At a Board Meeting held on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 it was agreed that an interim dividend be delared.
The dividend will be $0.05 cents per stock unit. Based on the 1,199,275,381 issued stock units of the Company, the total amount of the proposed dividend will be $59.968,769.05. The record date is Monday, December 11, 2006 and payment date is Thursday, January 18, 2007.
