Jamaica Boilers Ltd. (JBG) – Bonus

The directors have recommended to put to the annual general meeting the following resolutions: that the authorised share capital be increased to $433 million and that a bonus issue of 214 million new stock units be made (on the basis of one ordinary stock unit for every three stock units held by stockholders on record at December 11, 2001) to be paid out of the retained earnings of the company.
