The Company advises the following: –
> Mr. Donald Patterson, Vice-President of Accounting & Information Technology of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited purchased 686,959 stock units in the Company;
> Mr. Leon Headley, Director of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited purchased 686,959 stock units in the Company; and
> Mr. Ian Persard, Vice- President of Finance & Corporate Planning purchased 837,445 stock units in the Company;
All at an average price of $3.50 between the 25th April & 16th May, 2006.
