2. Mrs. Claudette Cooke Vice-President Human Resource Development & Public Relations purchased 689,959 stock units in the Company;
3. Mr. Conley Salmon Vice-President Marketing – Feeds & Agriculture Supplies purchased 686,959 stock units in the Company;
all at an average price of $3:60 between the 27th and 29th April 2006.
