ISP Finance Services Limited (ISP) – Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter Ended March 31, 2022 – Delay Notice

The Board of Directors of ISP advises all Shareholders that the 1st Quarter Results will be published on or before Friday, May 20, 2022 and regrets the delayed Notice advisory.   The delay is occasioned by the late filing of the Audited Financial Statements resulting in the delayed closure and finalization of the 1st Quarter Financial Results.    The delay is sincerely regretted.
