“The Board of Directors of ISP Finance Services Limited apologizes for the postponement of its Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 17, 2020 at 11am due to unavoidable circumstances.
“The Company will advise shareholders of the re-scheduled date of the meeting with the appropriate notice and circulate all necessary reports to shareholders relevant thereto.
“The Directors apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of the postponement”.
