IronRock Insurance Company Limited (IronRock) would like to advise the Jamaica Stock Exchange that its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2021, will be submitted late, due to unexpected and unforeseen delays in the completion of the audit arising from the impact of COVID-19 on available resources.
We anticipate that IronRock’s Annual Report will be submitted on or before July 8, 2022.
