IronRock Insurance Company Limited (ROC) has advised of the resignation of Mr. Matthew Hogarth from its Board of Directors and the Board committees on which he serves, with effect December 31, 2019.
ROC states that Mr. Hogarth has resigned o devote more time to his legal firm. ROC further advises that Mr. Raymond Therrien and Mr. Christian Tavares-Finson have been appointed Directors with effect December 31, 2019. Mr. Therrien will also serve as a member of the Audit, Corporate Governance and Nomination & Compensation committees.
