Interim Dividend – Desnoes & Geddes Ltd

The Board of Directors of Desnoes & Geddes has advised that at its meeting held on 30 November 2010, considered the payment of a dividend, but deemed it not prudent at this time to declare the payment of a first interim dividend for the year 2010/2011. Consideration would be taken at a later date.
