Indies Pharma Jamaica Limited (INDIES) has advised that their Board of Directors on February 10, 2021, approved the following members for both Finance and Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee by way of a motion moved by Kevin Donaldson and seconded by Guna Muppuri.
