Indies Pharma Jamaica Limited (INDIES) has advised that the venue for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on August 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., has been relocated to the Montego Bay Yacht Club at Sunset Drive, Montego Bay, St. James.
INDIES further advised that the change of venue is due to COVID-19 protocol in keeping with the Disaster Risk Management Enforcement Measures, No.9 Order, 2021.
