This is to advise that effective April 12, 2023, Mr. Karl Townsend was appointed to the Board of Directors of Image Plus Consultants Limited.
Mr. Townsend brings to the Board over 30 years’ of experience in banking, investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Master’s in Business Administration-Finance (MBA) from the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He has participated in several professional development courses in sales, sales management, credit risk, and talent management. In addition, he has participated in executive development courses in Private Equity and Valuation at the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and Stern Business School, New York University respectively.
Karl is a Director of Gwest Corporation Limited, a company listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange, and Winchester MRI Limited.
The Board welcomes Mr. Townsend and looks forward to his contribution to the further success of IPCL.
