iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that the continued impact of the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on the operations of the Company has resulted in a further delay in the publication of its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2020, which was due on April 30, 2021.
ICREATE has further advised that the Audited Financial Statements for the said reporting period is also required to be published and included in the Annual Report and despite an extension granted by the Jamaica Stock Exchange for ICREATE to file the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2020, the said Audited Financial Statements have not been completed. The external auditors are working assiduously to complete the Audited Financial Statements soonest for inclusion in the Annual Report.
ICREATE apologises to its shareholders for the inconvenience that this further delay has caused.
