iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that it is in the final stages of generating their Annual Report. ICREATE further advised that the delay was due to the fact that despite having finalised the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2019, the Company had to cut cost in light of the effect of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, by laying off several key individuals who would have been instrumental in completing the said Annual Report.
ICREATE anticipates submitting its Annual Report by June 30, 2019.
