iCreate Limited (ICREATE) –Appointment of Chairperson of the Board of Directors

iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that the Board of Directors of ICREATE is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Arlene Martin as Chairperson of the Board of Directors effective August 1, 2021. Ms. Martin has been acting as Chairperson since October 14, 2020. As Acting Chairperson, she continued the oversight of the implementation of the necessary policies for guiding the operations of ICREATE through the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The Board of Directors looks forward to her continuous service to ICREATE.
