iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised that, on July 12, 2021, ICREATE was granted permission by the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica, to conduct its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and subsequent General Meetings in a manner not prescribed by the Companies Act 2004 and its Articles of Incorporation.
