Honey Bun (1982) Limited (HONBUN) has advised that its 4th Quarter unaudited financials will not be submitted but rather the Company’s audited financials for the year ending September 30, 2016, will be submitted within the 60 days of the year end, in accordance with the Junior Market Rules.
