GWest Corporation Limited (GWEST) has advised that Mrs. Denise Crichton-Samuels has tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors of GWest Corporation Limited effective February 03, 2020. GWEST further advised that Mrs. Crichton-Samuels had indicated that she was not able to dedicate the time which was required of her as a director of the Company.
