GWest Corporation Limited has advised that Dr. Konrad Kirlew has demitted the office of Chairman and CEO of GWest Corporation Limited with immediate effect.
“Dr. Kirlew had indicated his intention to step down as Chairman by the end of the year due to extenuating personal reasons, prior to departing on a leave of absence in July of this year. On his return, however, he advised that he was unable to continue until then but would retain his directorship on the Board.
“The Board of Directors of GWest Corporation Limited has asked Mr. Wayne Wray, Mentor, to preside over Board meetings until a new Chairman has been elected to that office. Please, therefore, refer all correspondences for GWest Corporation Limited to Mr. Wray while he serves in this capacity.
“Mr. Wayne Gentles, Finance Director, will assume the office of Executive Director with overall responsibility for the management of GWest Corporation. Mrs. Angella Porter has been appointed Manager, Administration, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and Mr. Arden Hamilton will continue in his position of Senior Accountant,” advised GWEST.
