Guardian Holdings Ltd. (GHL)- Dividend

The Directors have recommended a final dividend of 30 cents per share. Together with the interim dividend of ten cents per share paid last year, this amounts to a total dividend of 40 cents per share. This final dividend is payable to shareholders on record as at April 4, 2002. Payment date is April 10, 2002.
