Guardian Holdings Ltd (GHL)- AGM and Dividend Declared

The Directors have fixed Tuesday, April 19, 2005 as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2005 which will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon at the Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings.Based on the Financial Results for the year ended December 31, 2004, the Directors have decided to pay a final dividend of 38 cents (TT) per share to shareholders on the Register of Members as at March 31, 2005, which has been fixed as the Record Date for this payment. Cheques for this dividend will be mailed out on April 7, 2005.
