Guardian Holdings Ltd. (GHL)- AGM and Dividend Declared

The Directors have decided that the Annual General Meeting for 2004, will be on April 23, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. at the Guardian Life Building, 1 Guardian Dr, Westmoorings. Also for the year ending 31st December 2003, the Directors have decided to pay a Final Dividend of 42 cents per share to stockholders on record as at April 2, 2004. The payment date is April 8, 2004.
