Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) advises that their Board met on August 4, 2022 and approved the unaudited financial results to June 30, 2022.
GHL further advises that the following decisions were also taken at this meeting:-
(1) For the period ended June 30, 2022, the Directors have decided to pay an Interim Dividend of TT$0.20 per share to the members on the Register as at August 18, 2022.
(2) The Transfer Books and the Register of Members will therefore close on August 18, 2022.
(3) The dividend payment date will be August 29, 2022.
