Guardian Holdings Limited (“GHL”) hereby advises that by a resolution of the Board of Directors on 17th January, 2023, Mr. Dominic Rampersad was appointed a Director of GHL with effect from 20th January, 2023, in accordance with clause 7.10.2 of By Law No. 1 of the Company.
Mr. Rampersad will hold office until the Annual Meeting following this appointment at which time he will be eligible for re-appointment.
