GraceKennedy (GK) has advised that a senior officer through the exercise of stock options on December 2, 2016, acquired 48,740 GK stock units. The options exercised were under the cashless settlement option method under which participants are allocated stock units representative of the gain that they would have had on the sale of the shares at the strike price and current market value.
