At a Board Meeting held on January 26, 2006 a resolution was passed that:
“Effective January 27, 2006 the Board hereby approves the grant of stock options to the following Directors under the 2002 Stock Option Plan for Directors:
LeRoy E. Bookal – 40,000 stock units
G. Raymond Chang – 40,000 stock units
M. Audrey Hinchcliffe – 40,000 stock units
With the strike price being equal to the weighted average price of the shares on the Jamaica Stock Exchange for the previous ten trading days before the date of the grant.”
