GraceKennedy Ltd (GK) has advised that a senior officer acquired 50,426 GK shares on January 4, 2017, pursuant to the exercise of stock options.
The option exercised was under the cashless settlement option method under which the participant was allocated stock units representative of the gain that would have arisen on the sale of the shares at the strike price and current market values.
