GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has updated the attached notice of its Annual General Meeting and has advised as follows:

“We advise that GraceKennedy Limited has obtained from the Supreme Court, in Claim Number SU 2021 CD 00083, an Order made on May 6, 2021 (the “Formal Order”) for among other things, permission for GraceKennedy to hold its General meetings by Virtual or Electronic or Hybrid means, in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. A copy of the Formal Order
is attached for your records.
“We, therefore, advise that the Annual General Meeting of GraceKennedy Limited will be held virtually on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the GraceKennedy Headquarters, 42-56 Harbour Street, Kingston, Jamaica. Details on attendance and participation are available at www.gracekennedy.com.
“The approximate duration of the meeting is three hours,” advised GK.
