GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 23 September 2024 of 55 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $545 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 30 August 2024.
The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 30 August 2024 to the close of business on 9 September 2024.
