GraceKennedy Limited (GK) Declares Dividend

GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that its Board of Directors on 11 May 2023, passed the following Resolution:

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 16^th June 2023 of 50 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $495 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 26^th May 2023.   The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 26^th May 2023 to 2^nd June 2023.
