GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that its Board of Directors on 1 March 2023, passed the following Resolutions:
(i) An interim dividend of 50 cents per stock unit be paid on 6 April 2023 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 17 March 2023.
(ii) The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 17 March 2023 to the close of business on 24 March 2023.
