GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that its Board of Directors on 1 March 2022, passed the following Resolutions:
(i) An interim dividend of 48 cents per stock unit be paid on 8 April 2022 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 18 March 2022.
(ii) The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 18 March 2022 to the close of business on 25 March 2022.”
