News Release – GraceKennedy First Quarter Results of 2021
GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that their Board of Directors on May 13, 2021, passed the following Resolutions:
(i) An interim dividend of 45 cents per stock unit be paid on June 15, 2021 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 28th of May 2021.
(ii) The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 28th May 2021 to the close of business on the 7th of June 2021.
The ex-dividend date is May 27, 2021.
