GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the GraceKennedy Headquarters, 42-56 Harbour Street, Kingston, Jamaica and/or electronically via an online platform which can be accessed via our website at www.gracekennedy.com.
GraceKennedy had obtained a Formal Order on May 6, 2021 (Supreme Court of Jamaica, Claim Number SU 2021 CD 00083) to hold its General meetings by Virtual, Electronic or Hybrid means given the restrictions on gatherings caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. At the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting, its shareholders also approved the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation of GraceKennedy Limited to allow for meetings of its members by hybrid or virtual means.
The approximate duration of the Annual General Meeting is three hours.
