GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that following the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on May 25, 2022, Shareholders approved a resolution as set out in the Notice of AGM, to amend the Articles of Incorporation of GraceKennedy Limited. In line with recent amendments to the Companies Act of Jamaica, the amendment to the articles will allow the Company to utilize additional/virtual methods of dissemination of notices and documents.
