GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that Mr. Peter Moses will be retiring from the Board of Directors of the company effective December 13, 2021, in accordance with the Company’s Articles having reached the retirement age for Board members.
Mr. Moses was appointed to the Board on June 26, 2018 and has served as a Member of GraceKennedy Limited’s Audit Committee and Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee. He also retires from both the Audit and Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee.
Mr. Moses will continue to serve in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of GraceKennedy’s commercial bank, First Global Bank Limited.
