News Release – GraceKennedy Limited Interim Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy (GK) has advised that their Board of Directors on November 7, 2019, passed the following resolutions:

1. An interim dividend of 40 cents per stock unit be paid on 13th December 2019 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 22nd November 2019.
2. The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 22nd November 2019 to the close of business on the 29th November 2019.
