GraceKennedy Directors’ & Senior Managers Dealings in Securities

 

GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that a Senior Manager and three Directors have exercised their option to purchase a total of 5,280 GK shares under the second Tranche, Tranche `B` of the 2008 Employee Stock Offer, approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of May 28, 2008.
