Mr. John Mahfood will be demitting the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Retail & Trading Division. Mr. Mahfood will continue as a director of GraceKennedy Ltd.
Mr. Erwin Burtin is being appointed the new COO for the Retail & Trading Division in addition to his current responsibilities as COO for the Food Trading Division.
The changes will take effect on Monday, July 24, 2006.
