Grace, Kennedy’s stock suspended on the Barbados Stock Exchange

The Securities Commission of Barbados has issued an order to the Barbados Stock Exchange regarding the trading of Grace Kennedy’s stock on the Barbados Stock Exchange. The effect of this order is that the Grace Kennedy’s stock is temporarily suspended from trading on the Barbados Stock Exchange.The events leading up to this action on the part of the Securities Commission of Barbados, seem to relate to the interpretation of the regulations which govern the activities of parties involved in trading on the Barbados Stock Exchange, and have nothing to do with any act or omission on the part of Grace, kennedy. Also, the action by the Securities Commission of Barbados does not affect the trading of Grace Kennedy’s stock on the Jamaican or the Trinidad Stock Exchange.
