Grace, Kennedy Ltd. (GK) – Interim Dividend Declared

At the Board meeting it was resolved that the payment of an interim dividend of 28 cents per stock unit be made out of franked income on December 7, 2001 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on November 16, 2001. It was also agreed to convene an extraordinary general meeting on November 30, 2001 to consider the issue of one bonus share for every five stock units held by stockholders on record as at December 21, 2001.
