Grace, Kennedy Ltd. (GK) – Interim Dividend

At a Board meeting on March 30, 2000 it was resolved that the payment of an interim dividend of 23 cents per stock unit be made out of franked income on May 19, 2000 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on April 28, 2000.
