GraceKennedy (GK) has advised that the Board of Directors on November 10, 2016, passed the following Resolutions:
1. An interim dividend of 42 cents per stock unit be paid on December 9, 2016, to stockholders on record as at the close of business on 24th November 24, 2016.
2. The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 24th November 2016 to the close of business on the 30th November 2016.
The Ex-dividend date is November 22, 2016.
